ANDREA SOWDEN
Psychotherapist and Counsellor
Andrea is a qualified Psychotherapist who completed a Graduate Diploma in Analytic Psychotherapy at The Churchill Clinic. She has worked with adults and young people on a one-to-one basis for almost 30 years.
Andrea’s psychotherapy practice provides an accepting and nurturing environment, where she is welcoming, non-judgemental, open-minded and professional. She sees you as a person, not simply a set of symptoms and will work with your existing strengths to find the best way forward. If you would like to live a richer, more creative and fulfilling life; if you feel like your emotional baggage is stopping you from moving forward; if you find yourself wondering if there is more to life; or have lost your enjoyment for living - why not try psychotherapy and counselling? Psychotherapy and counselling can make a difference.
Andrea also works as a Counsellor at a not-for-profit registered training organisation, where she provides counselling and support services to people from migrant, refugee and asylum seeker backgrounds.
